The very first session surprised me. I experienced one of the deepest nights of sleep I had had in a long time, as the sessions continued, I felt increasingly focused and composed during moments of pressure and competition.
The changes were subtle at first, but after a few weeks even my coaches started noticing the difference, I felt more focused during training, calmer during matches and much more present in important moments.
During a month-long training camp in Mexico, the sessions became part of my routine, I slept better, dreamed more vividly and woke up every morning with more energy and motivation to train.
The work we did together was incredible, the mental clarity and confidence I felt during that period were unlike anything I had experienced before. Honestly, I don't believe I would have won that tournament without the support I received.
After two months of working with NEXUS, I felt better than I had in years, my recovery improved, my confidence improved and I was enjoying my tennis again, the impact extended far beyond the court.
I started dreaming about trophies, finals and the goals I wanted to achieve. It felt as though my mind was becoming aligned with my ambitions, the sessions gave me a different level of belief and motivation.
Throughout an entire year of support, I achieved some of the biggest milestones of my career, including ATP 500 success and historic achievements for my country, the mental side of performance became one of my greatest strengths.
One of the biggest changes was my ability to remain calm under pressure. Instead of fearing important moments, I started embracing them.
